All our preserves are handcrafted in small batches with the finest ingredients. Our inspiration comes from our love of fruit bursting with flavour, exotic spices, fragrant botanicals and indulgent liquors.
We source our ingredients both locally and from around the world.
We use British sugar and delicious Scottish berries. Our exotic spices include Sri Lankan cinnamon from the Batagama Estate and Madagascan vanilla. We use are own home grown bay leaves and Pedro Ximénez sherry from the Jerez region of Spain.
All of which are combined to create unique and delicious flavours!
